Gene Therapy Case Study
Project Farma continues to partner with a leading gene therapy company which has the largest gene therapy manufacturing footprint. Initially, PF co-led the company’s technical operations business strategy including a “make vs. buy” business case and multiple site selections. After, we partnered to build multiple GMP facilities from 55,000 sq. ft. to over 600,000 sq. ft. with modular cleanrooms, emerging bioreactor, single use and disposable technologies. For the past four years, PF has been an owner’s representative for this company in addition to providing project management, creation and maintenance of their GMP policies and procedures, quality management system implementation, vendor auditing and management, equipment selection and procurement, automation, engineering, validation, and quality consulting services.
