Mind the Cell and Gene Gap

A 2018 study by Deloitte suggested that more than 2.4 million manufacturing jobs in the US would remain unfilled in 2028 because of the widening – and often generational – skills gap.

Anshul Mangal (President, Project Farma and Precision ADVANCE) and Tony Khoury (EVP, Project Farma) recently co-authored, “Mind the Cell & Gene Gap” featured on The Medicine Maker outlining steps to address the shortage of skilled talent in the advanced medicine space.
